As a former teacher and vice-principal, my real estate business is based upon educating my clients throughout the buying or selling process. When I ask people what they most value in a REALTOR the response consistently reflects a desire to understand the steps involved in getting them to the closing table. Real estate is a complex business, and clients want their experience to be as stress-free as possible! A good REALTOR understands that if their client is kept informed as the real estate transaction progresses, they will appreciate the agent's efforts. Educate, inform and communicate are my mantras.
