Don't Settle for Anything Less Than Excellence
Leveraging her 23 years in business administration and marketing while transitioning to real estate helped her to develop a deep understanding for my clients in both areas. She strives for satisfaction through developing personal, professional relationships with each and every one of my clients. Collaboration and communication are the keys to guiding those she represents to their end goals. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, a seasoned investor, agricultural endeavors, or selling your home, Annie’s application of real estate fundamentals help to ensure that your experience is a positive one. As a Realtor® associated with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, she has access to multiple mediums and platforms for advertising, marketing, community research and property research. With memberships to the Classic City Multiple Listing Service (MLS), GeorgiaMLS, GAR, NAR, Oconee County Chamber of Commerce, and Georgia Cattleman’s Association she is able to keep current with market activity and trends as well as effectively promote property to other members in my network. Through Upchurch Realty affiliations your property will be marketed on multiple websites publicly visible to Realtors®, investors and potential clients. Annie markets each home with a unique blend of sales skills to match what the client’s wants and needs are. Currently living in Oglethorpe County, she serves on the Oglethorpe County Zoning Commission. She is also actively involved with several local farmers’ markets including serving on the board of the Oconee Farmers’ Market. Annie is also a congregate of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Born and raised in Texas, Annie has a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from Texas A & M University, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Midwestern State University.
