A native Atlantan and graduate of the University of Miami, Debbie joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty with over 20 years of experience the Real Estate industry, both as a mortgage industry professional and as an agent at Harry Norman Realtors' in the Buckhead office.  She went on to become vice president of Sales Production with Kairos Lending, where she would hone her expertise in the financial aspects of real estate.

She served in the Junior League of Atlanta as well as on the Board of Directors for the High Museum of Art, a member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Covenant Community Homeless Shelter, which she helped to found. She converted all that energy into Athens. Debbie is an active participant of the Athens Area community. She is a member of the Athens Heritage Foundation, the Athens Land Trust, the Athens Council on Aging, and the Athens Junior League. As your agent, Debbie leverages al these relations on your behave.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys working creatively to restore and renovate the 100+ year old “fixer upper” home she purchased in the downtown Athens area. She can also be found spending time with her 3 dynamic children – Shaun and Carey, who live in Atlanta, and Lynnsey, a UGA graduate and fellow community advocate who currently works as the Residential Manager of AIDS Athens.
