Julie Noland is a well-rounded highly educated real estate professional with both a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Advertising and a Master’s in Instructional Technology, both from Appalachian State University. Julie also has her Education Specialist Certification from North Georgia University.
Julie held a 20 year career in education teaching math and business application in both North Carolina and Georgia as well as serving 13 years in school administration.
After a successful transition into real estate two years ago, Julie achieved a place in the prestigious Athens Area Association of REALTORS Circle of Achievement in 2018. Her motto, “have car, will travel” has enabled Julie to assist clients in multiple regions, from Stephens County to the Atlanta markets to Oconee, Clarke and Lake Oconee.
When not listing and selling, you can find Julie cheering on her husband, Oconee County Head Football Coach, Travis Noland and the Oconee County Warriors. She also enjoys traveling to watch her oldest son play college football for the University of North Dakota as well as rooting for her youngest son who aspires to play for the University of Alabama. Julie’s middle son transitioned into a career in construction management after playing college football as well.
Julie resides in Good Hope, GA with her husband.
