Luis Moreno

            Luis Moreno began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in early 2023. However, Luis’ professional career began at the early age of 15 working in his family’s restaurants gaining invaluable customer service skills over the years. Luis began his post-secondary education at Georgia State University before transferring to Georgia Southern where he received his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. Following graduation, he worked on the crisis negotiations team with the UGAPD while completing his Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology which he received in the summer of 2021.

            In his free time, Luis enjoys traveling with his wife, and commemorating his travels through photography of nature and architecture. Luis has a passion for fitness, producing music, playing competitive sports and working on vintage project cars.

            Luis brings a plethora of experiences and skills from his various past careers to his real estate business. Including the ability to understand people’s needs, listen attentively and find solutions while under pressure.  Luis utilizes these skills when negotiating and securing the best deals for his clients, providing them with peace of mind through their home buying and selling processes. His mission is to illuminate dreams and ensure trust in the residential real estate process. Luis is dedicated to effective communication and works to establish relationships that foster a safe and supportive environment for his clients to achieve their real estate dreams.
