Lynda Odum

“Today is a great day to live, worship, work and play in the Classic City of Athens.” I’m Lynda Odum, and I’m honored to be part of the Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty team. We’ve been voted “Athens Best” real estate team by the greater Athens community for 14 years in a row, and counting! I’m a native Georgian and a graduate of the University of Georgia, holding a BBA in General Management, Minor in Finance. I relocated from Johns Creek in 2012, and am proud to call Watkinsville, Georgia my home. At Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, my clients can “Expect the Best” and I’m here to help. I have 23 years of professional and instructional experience; 16 years Vice President in Asset Based Lending with Bank of America, and 7 years teaching in both the public and private sectors.

My professional experiences including negotiating and managing multi million dollar corporate loan portfolios coupled with Coldwell Banker’s state of the art multi-media marketing platforms combine to "give mea unique edge” in helping you navigate the often complex world of buying and selling real estate. I am a Georgia Licensed Realtor, an active Member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Athens Area Association of Realtors, Athens Women’s Council of Realtors, the UGA Alumni Association, University of Georgia Women’s Club, North Oconee High School PTA, Titan Booster Club, Athens Church, and volunteer with various other social and community organizations. I reside in Oconee County with my husband Bob, also a UGA Graduate and my youngest son Zack, a sophomore at North Oconee High School. My older son Alex, also a UGA Graduate, currently works and resides in Atlanta.

When I’m not assisting clients with Real Estate needs, you may find me attending any number of UGA or North Oconee High School sporting events, dining at any one of Athens renowned restaurants, volunteering in the community or relaxing on a favorite beach. My areas of expertise include listing properties for sell, working with first time home buyers and assisting with investment real estate. I service Greater Athens and surrounding areas.
