Blair Brown

Blair Brown joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty from Lake Oconee as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties. She is a third-generation real estate professional. Her family has been instrumental to her interest in the needs and goals of her clients.

Currently licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, Blair works hard to ensure that every client stays informed and comfortable throughout the entire real estate transaction by exceptional communication and coordination.

Blair and her son enjoy traveling and are die-hard baseball fans. In fact, she summited Mt. Kenya during a three month trek through Kenya with the National Outdoor Leadership School in 2004. 

She attended the College of Charleston, a member of the Saint Joseph Catholic Church and has recently joined the 1919 Young Professionals of Athens Regional Foundation. Blair is also an event planner and co-chair on the Father/Daughter/Mother/Son event at Prince Avenue where her son attends school.

Blair strives to be a contributing member of the local art and health community by regularly volunteering in many capacities. She enjoys yoga and spending time with her family. Her hard work, charisma, and true passion for her business contribute to her rapidly rising reputation as a qualified realtor.
