Working with Tyler has been my best realtor experience till date!Most of our interactions were virtual, since I was remote and out of state at the time, so communication was key— Tyler is very responsive through text and detail- oriented. He read through each and every document and highlighted anything that jumped out.For the 2 days I was able to visit properties in person, he had every showing booked, and he had a folder with extensive info about each property- his level of organization really enabled us to see a range of properties in just 2 days! Tyler not only kept in mind what we wanted, but also what we needed from a property— he leveraged his local knowledge into finding properties that were in safe areas, as well as close to our place of work. He also connected us with reliable local lenders and attorneys, which made the closing and loan process seamless.I would definitely recommend Tyler to friends and family as their next realtor!

Tyler was so informative and diligent. He made sure he put my wife and I in the best situation possible and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We would recommend him to anyone that wants to look for a new home.
