Hannah Baker began her career at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in May of 2024 after successfully completing her pre-licensing course at the Upchurch School of Real Estate and earning her Georgia Real Estate Sales License. With a solid foundation in real estate principles and practices, Hannah is well-equipped to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process. Her ongoing studies in marketing at the University of North Georgia further enhance her ability to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers, making her a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Hannah is an active member of her community. She enjoys attending fitness camps at Burn Bootcamp, and is a dedicated attendee of Watkinsville First Baptist Church. Additionally, she loves playing pickleball.
