I called Lisa on a Wednesday and asked her to list my home, she had professional pictures scheduled, comparable sales pulled and within 48 hours she had my home listed. The market had started cooling off and interest rates started to increase so timing was not on my side, but due to Lisa’s quick response time my home was under contract within a week. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to represent me!

Lisa Langford gave us the best most personalized and professional service that my wife and I have ever had in all of our years dealing with different realtors. Lisa Langford came highly recommended so I reached out to her and was not disappointed. Lisa was amazing at helping me with all aspects of the sale of my home. She was prompt at communicating with me, either by an in-person consult, phone call, or text. Lisa was responsive when I reached out to her for advice on selling. She met with me and gave a thorough and accurate assessment of the current market, pricing my home, and how to prepare the house for sale - she was honest and sincere. In the course of a week, she personally helped get my house ready for sale and staged. I would still be getting my house ready and possibly missed the prime opportunity to get my house sold had it not been for Lisa's encouragement and positive motivation. On the first day the house was listed there were over 14 in-person showings. Lisa monitored the property almost daily with drive-bys on her way to other listings she managed. In addition to expert knowledge on real estate and trends, Lisa is a very warm and personable agent. She is professional in that she kept *my* interests in mind while handling the numerous offers I received on this property. She is high energy and I appreciated her enthusiasm and honesty to help me get my house on the market. I would absolutely turn to her again. She did excellent work and I clearly understand why Lisa is a TOP AGENT.
