Nathan is a prime example of everything you are looking for in a realtor. He is down to earth and is a very good listener. He is quick to help resolve any issues and stays on top of everything. He is what I would call: a real person, nothing fake! His main goal is to make your real estate experience as easy and as efficient as possible. This is the second time we have used him and he never disappoints!!

Nathan did an amazing job helping us find our first house. I was clueless to the details of the process and how tedious everything would be. Nathan handled the paperwork and situations with grace, and I never felt lost in the process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me time and time again. I would recommend Nathan to anyone buying a home not only because his knowledge and experience are a 10/10, but because his heart is truly in it. He took care of us like family. We would like to strongly recommend Nathan Sonke to anyone buying or selling a home. Nathan recently represented us in the sale of our Gwinnett County home and the purchase of our new home in Athens.As part of the selling process, he helped us understand the repairs and renovations needed to sell our 45-year-old house while avoiding unnecessary expenses. He held numerous open houses and was in constant communication after a showing to a prospective buyer to gauge their interest. Because of his guidance, we received multiple bids and sold our house for the right price.Nathan’s knowledge of the Clarke/Oconee housing market helped us find the right price and location for our new home. It is only six years old and we purchased it at a price well below its appraised value. It’s also in a neighborhood where demand is strong and values will likely continue to rise.Finally, Nathan’s professional attitude and demeanor were intact throughout the buying and selling process. He let us know when an offer was strong or not good enough. He not only negotiated fairly to get us the best price but did so while showing respect to other realtors and homeowners. Nathan really went above and beyond for us. At the time we were looking for a house, good deals would only stay on the market for a couple days, and he would always act very quickly to make sure we had an appointment to view any property we were interested in. He understands homes; knows what to look out for. He has a talent for seeing any potential red flags a house might have, or any undervalued advantages that others might have missed. When it comes to negotiating, he is fair, honest, and did an excellent job representing our best interests through the entire process. I feel fortunate that we were able to work with him and would always recommend him to friends and family.

Nathan is amazing! He did such a great job helping us out in our search for a new home. He was thorough and always took the time to make sure we understood everything we needed to throughout the entire process. He was quick to reply any time I reached out to him regardless of the time of day. He was knowledgeable about everything in the process as well as the areas we were looking in. He did a wonderful job helping us when it came to contract negotiations and our offers for purchase. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to consider Nathan as their new realtor!

I've had multiple contracts with Nathan regarding both selling and purchasing homes. He will also be my agent for any future homes or property. He is very professional, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable in the real estate world. Its obvious he takes his jobs serious and does a lot of smaller things that makes the transition much easier and smoother. I would recommend him to anybody looking at purchasing or selling their property. At this point I'm not in any contract with Nathan and I would consider him not just as a business advisor or partner, but also as a friend. Excellent service all the way around. Strongly recommended!
