Tracie Hedges

Tracie received her Bachelors of Education from Georgia State University. She has been a realtor for the past five years, from small boutique firms to large corporations. Mrs. Hedges comes from a family of developers and engineers, providing her with a long history of experience and first-hand knowledge of the industry. Her husband was formerly a residential builder and now works in the student housing market. Mrs. Hedges worked with him for many years and gained valuable insights about the building process along the way. She is a member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS® and has earned status as a Circle of Achievement recipient for the past three years.

When she’s not helping clients buy and sell real estate, Tracie enjoys running, gardening, yoga, and being a parent to her three college-age boys. She is passionate about serving her community, and does so as an active member of Athens First United Methodist Church and an Ambassador for the Oconee Chamber of Commerce.

Tracie’s specialties include her knowledge of the Athens and Oconee area, her ability to help buyers find a great home in a location that fits their needs, and her skill in guiding sellers to prepare their home for inspection and marketing purposes.
