Vivian Olivares O'Connor

Vivian O’Connor is familiar with the real estate world and is eager to get back into the swing of things.  Before getting into real estate, she has been a part of the Waffle House family since 1991, and she has been with the Watkinsville, Ga Waffle House since 2005. They consider her their honorary grandma, “sister”, and prayer warrior. Vivian loves to give back to her community. She acts as a Young Life enthusiast by attending a variety of extracurricular activities for the students with encouragement, works on raising awareness for the CASA foundation, and tutors high school students in Spanish. In her free time, she loves to visit local parks to get to know the different surrounding areas with her dog Lucy. She adores spending time with her granddaughter and going roller skating and going on other spontaneous adventures together.

Her bilingual skills allow her to have an expansive clientele. Vivian is hardworking, diligent, and compassionate, but direct in her desires to serve her client’s best interests. Her positive perspective and calming energy make for a comforting transaction.
