Anna Marshall

Anna prides herself on treating each client as a top priority. She has experience as an agent for various property types, and she believes in tailoring each client’s experience perfectly. She is dedicated to keeping up with market trends in order to provide the best assistance to clients looking to buy, sell, lease or invest. Anna moved to the Athens area from Miramar Beach, Florida and is licensed in both Georgia and Florida. Anna is the Treasure of Athens Women’s Council of REALTORS®(WCR), co-chair for FUEL/YPN committee, and an active member of the RPAC committee. Anna has a strong background in the investment and mortgage industry, which she leverages for her clients during the home buying process. She is knowledgeable in various types of properties and their compatible loan/mortgage situations, requirements, and options.

When Anna is not working, she enjoys channeling her creativity through interior and jewelry design. She keeps herself active in our local community as an Athens Alzheimer’s Walk organizer for 2016 and is a dedicated member of the Athens Area Cancer Auxiliary. Anna resides in Five Points with her husband Kyle and their dog, Titan. On Saturdays you can find the two cheering for both the Ole Miss and Georgia football teams.
