Mike Geyer is satisfied only when his customers and clients succeed. When assisting them in buying or selling or when providing consulting services, he listens carefully and applies his extensive market knowledge to help his buyers and sellers meet their goals. Referrals from satisfied customers are the proof that Mike does his job well.

In order to better serve his clients and customers, Mike works at keeping himself informed. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle with a B.A. in Business Administration. His designations include: Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI).

Mike has been honored with Life Membership in the Circle of Achievement by the Athens Area Association of Realtors.

Mike knows the details of the real estate market in the five-county Athens area. In addition, has a special love for and knowledge of historic homes. He is a member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation.

Mike and his wife Venita and family live in Athens. They are active members at Prince Avenue Baptist Church.

Mike came highly recommended to me through my property manager for the long distance sale of my rental home, and I’m so grateful for his help! I needed my home to sell quick and not only was I given an offer the first day it was listed, the offer was $15k more than the listing price! Mike went to work immediately to make sure the offer was legitimate and it was! We closed on the house the following month.
