Prior to beginning my career with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, I spent five years working as the lead maintenance technician for a property management company. I have extensive experience working as a chef and manager in the fast-paced Athens restaurant industry, which lead me to sharpen my customer service skills. Mike is an amazing real estate agent. He is always punctual to showings, finds the best listings in your budget and is extremely upfront on what he thinks. Simply the best! I can't express enough how thorough, quick, friendly, and professional he is - he's the whole package! Our realtor's sale of our out-of-state house was awful, and Mike jumped in to get things moving and picked up the slack to ensure our house was sold so we could move into our new house!

I do not even know where to start... Mike was AMAZING! From the very first meeting, to showing countless homes in multiple communities, to navigating unforeseen issues, to showing up with a big smile on closing day, Mike was incredibly responsive, super knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. He was also a great resource for vendors and workman in the area after closing. I would be hard pressed to include in one, small review all of the accolades I have for Mike as a real estate agent but will sum it up with this, "there is no better realtor"!
